Our work centers underserved communities, with a particular commitment to South Asian and Indo-Caribbean individuals and families throughout New York City and Long Island. We recognize that cultural stigma, language barriers, immigration concerns, and systemic challenges can prevent individuals from seeking safety and accessing support.

Our name reflects that foundation and the courage it takes to survive, to leave unsafe environments, and to rebuild one's life with dignity.
